The check in line was long, many many guests were complaining, as there were only 2 agents at front desk with about 15 guests in line. She placed us on the 3rd floor when we were suppose to be in a balcony room on a floor higher than 10 or above, she did give us a regular room on the 10th floor stating that they were completely booked. First of all, I want to say that we were so excited to hear that Hard Rock was opening in Tahoe! Hard Rock Hotel Tahoe, I would be ASHAMED to be called Hard Rock!!! You are the WORST hotel casino in Tahoe!!! It all started with check-in, do you even train your front desk agents?! The Blonde that checked us in tried charging us $189 per night when room was comped, she then giggled and said 'Oh Yea they are', then she said we were only reserved for one night and when we said our reservation was for 2 nights, showed her the confirmation, she then giggled again and said 'you are right again'.
